
REFUND POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 14 business days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 business days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 14 business day window
Items returned outside of this period will be considered non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your item. We will then notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange your item for the same product, please email us using the Contact Us link at the top of this page.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us for return instructions. We respond to all requests within 24 hours.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
